I been doing that since I was 12 and it's done wonders (especially since I'm so absent-minded :D) I've realized that it's better not to expect much from life.. for some reason that makes it so much easier to enjoy. it's the simple things that keep me happy ^^ and if something is really that important to you, expect it to mean everything. if it can't do that, then it's not worth worrying about. a list of things to do is always a good idea..
